She is survived by: her children, George Lusnak (Marlene), Robert Lusnak (Patricia) and David Lusnak (Kira); her siblings, Rita Culbertson, Ann Anderson, Helen Lalish and Mildred Lalish; and her grandchildren, Melanie (Joseph), Christopher, Elizabeth, Tyler and Carly.
