He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hlavach and Anna Hlavach (Stecik); his wife Lorraine Hlavach (Macosky); and his sister Joan Kolesar. He is survived by: his stepson Kevin Raley (Robin); his siblings, Mildred Ellis, Bernice Picullio, Bernard Hlavach, Dolores Axelson, Florence Brekosky, Evelyn Bennett, Ronald Hlavach and John Hlavach; his grandchildren, Jamie and Donovan; and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Baron, Caleb, Jocelyn, Kammie and Ty.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joe's name to the Disabled American Veterans.
