He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kostrub and Therese Kostrub. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Kostrub (Hlasnick); his son Daniel Douglas Kostrub (Ashley); his grandsons, Brady and Collin Kostrub; his children, Rustin, Lydia and Stephen Madden; his sisters, Janice Malloy (Paul) and Joyce Brown (Terry); his nieces, Diana Barney (Nick) and Katelyn Kostrub; his siblings-in-law, Greg Hlasnick (Patti), Carrie Vinay (Eddie) and Brian Hlasnick (Joelle); his friends, Howard, Johnny, Jerry and Jim; his puppy-boy Cooper; and his caregivers, Hailey, Francesca, Dilli, Caitlyn, Baylee and Justin.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the George Irvin Green Funeral Home (3511 Main St, Munhall, PA 15120). A Mass was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Therese R. C. Church (1 St Therese Ct, Munhall, PA 15120).
