He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Constance "Connie" Phillip (Munizza); his children, Callie Phillip-Krysinski (Bob Fennell), Bonnie Cristallini (Mark), Janine Hovan (Jeff) and John Phillip (Michelle); his sibling Mary Krajnak; his grandchildren, Nathan (Sheri), Neal (Stephanie), Natalie (Josh), Amy (Cory), Jesse, Adam, Riley, Gage and Cain; and his great grandchildren, Shay, Nace, Donlea, Lara, Blakely, Adrian and Krysinski.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Family Hospice.
