He was predeceased by: his parent John Kuziak; his significant other Susan Gitzen; and his sibling Dennis Kuziak. He is survived by: his parent Mary Kuziak (Hanchak); and his siblings, Shirley Rahuba and Mary Ann Wynkoop (Jack). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
