He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kallay and Helen Kallay (Sovak); his wife Clara E. Kallay (Trinnes); his son Timothy J. Kallay; and his brother Richard E. Kallay.
He is survived by: his children, Susan E. Kallay (Devon Wittpenn) and David E. Kallay; his grandchild Madison N. Hutchison; and his sibling Gerri H. Kallay.
