He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Mains (Biddle) of Elizabeth; and his mother-in-law Denise Ondick of West Homestead. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Mains; his father George Mains; his sons, Jonathan, Justin, Jacob and Joshua; his siblings, Diane DeStefano (Mick) of Elizabeth, Mike Mains of South Park and Jason Mains of Elizabeth; and his parent-in-law Thomas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
