He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Sluk and June Sluk (Christy); and his brothers, Roy and John Sluk. He is survived by: his wife Regina Sluk (Lutton); his children, Douglas, Adam and Kyle Sluk (Jenna); his grandchildren, Brenden, Dylan, Killian and Anna; and his siblings, Andrew Sluk and Joanne Sluk-Courdriet. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Savolskis - Wasik - Glenn Funeral Home, Inc. (3501 Main St, Munhall, PA 15120). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
