He was predeceased by: his siblings, Patrick O'Malley, John "Jack" O'Malley (late Jane), Thomas, Malley and Mitzi Funyak (late Joseph).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" O'Malley (Ballas); and his siblings, Ed O'Malley (late Martha) of Conneaut, Dennis Meder (Diane), William O'Malley of Level Green and Peggy Mehalik (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
