He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sr. and Donna (Beers); and his sister Nancy Blum. He is survived by: his children, Donald (Donna), Joyce Rossey and Kenneth Rossey; his grandchildren, Alexis, Alyssa, Shane, Brandon, Ryan and Conner; and his sibling Gene "Shell" Rossey.
