He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Olsavicky (Sega); his father George David Olsavicky; and his siblings, David Olsavicky (Jody), Bob Olsavicky (late Rose) and Beatrice Bartko (late Steve).
He is survived by: his children, Mark Olsavicky Sr. (Patricia), Dee Olsavicky (late Kevin Grimes) and Nadine Knight (Brian Clark); and his grandchildren, Mark Jr., Melinda, Michael, Cody, David, Samantha, Autumn, Amber, Heather, Mary and Jessica. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
