He was predeceased by: his spouse Cara A. Duvall; and his mother Florence Schafer. He is survived by: his children, Alicia Foster (Nick), Dana Duvall (Wanye Rabe), Christina Gavron (Chris) and Shawn Jessica; and his stepsons, Samuel McCullough (Tiffaniee) and Scott McCullough (Denise).
