He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lucas and Laura Lucas (Rulka); his brother Ronald Lucas (Margaret); and his niece Kathleen Lucas. He is survived by: his nephews, Ronald, Jr. (Pamela), Daniel (Angela) and David Lucas (Judi); and his niece Maureen Whittemore (Arthur).
