He was predeceased by: his father Irving H. Van Horn, Jr.; and his sister Rachael Everett. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Voytko); his daughter Hannah Garcia (Dom); his grandson Nathan; and his sister Elisa McKenzie (Kip).
