She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William O'Shell and Anna Weigle O'Shell; her husband William Howley; and her children, William P. Howley III, George Howley and Patricia Perriello (Frank). She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
