She was predeceased by: her parents, George Urban and Freda Urban (Seinerth); her grandson Andrew Jr.; and her close friend Jeanetta O'Leary. She is survived by: her children, DeAnna Moore (late Willi J.), Andrew A. Milchalk (Lori), Danelle White (Anthony) and Denise McCullough (Scott); her grandchildren, Angela, Lynetta, Kayla, Kyle, Nathan, Hayley and Macey; her great grandchildren, Michael, Charlotte and Kade; and her siblings, Roberta Sninsky (James) and George Urban (Gloria).
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Donna's name to her favorite charity Toys for Tots (toysfortots.org).
