Donna Kochis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Kochis (Munhall, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 23, 2019 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael P. Kochis and Agnes Kochis. She is survived by: her son Noah Phifer; her siblings, James Kochis, Michael Kochis (late Janice), Lawrence Kochis, Barbara Salopek (Timothy) and Robert Kochis; and her significant other Gary Rollason. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
