He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Collins and Alice C. Collins (Brown); and his brother George. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Louise Collins (Jakim); his son Sean Collins; his grandchildren, Hannah, Rachel and Jacob Collins; his siblings, John James Collins (Audrey) and Patricia Collins; and his sister-in-law Rita Bruno. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
