She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Giles and Opal Giles (Miller); her husband Joseph Kostelnik; and her brother Ronald Giles (Shirley). She is survived by: her son Vincent E. Kostelnik (Marianne); her grandchildren, Jacqueline Bartow, Ashley Bassett (Kory), Elisa Stuver (Aslan) and Alexa Kostelnik; her great grandchildren, Boden, Lucas, Lydia and Finley; and her brother Donald Giles (Patty).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Darleen's name to Calvary Baptist Church, 120 Anborn Drive, West Mifflin, PA 15122.
