He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Williams and Lillian Williams (Myers); and his sister Carol Jean Gross. He is survived by: his wife Maryann Williams (Gonzales); his daughters, Kimberly Marie Sigafoos and Charlene Ann Williams; his siblings, Thomas Williams (Linda), Kenneth Williams (Patti Ann) and Lawrence Williams (Becky); his granddaughters, Melissa, Michelle and Monica Sigafoos (Jake); his great grandchildren, Jada (Jordan), Lacey, Jacob, Jemma, Zane, Shyla, Gunnar, Rhys, Jamison and Jace; and his great great grandchild Jewel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
