She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Kudrik; her parents, Alphonse Capo and Catherine Capo (Hohn); and her siblings, Albert Capo, Betty Jane Backode and Mary Kay Borrasso.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Shana) and Christopher Kudrik (Linda); her grandchildren, John Richard Kudrik and Callie Marie Kudrik; and her brothers, Christopher and Michael Capo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
