He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Ashoff and Victoria Ashoff (Paskert); and his brother Vincent Ashoff, Sr. (Lovenia Powers). He is survived by: his siblings, Edwin Ashoff (late Mary Margaret Powers), Bernice Pepke (late James), Francine Ashoff and Donald Ashoff. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
