He was predeceased by: his wife Anne M. Dzuka (Brugos); his parents, Joseph Dzuka and Anne Dzuka (Jurician); his sisters, Margaret Porupsky, Anne Podomnik and Helen Liposky; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Brugos and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, JoAnn Ballog and Mark Dzuka (Lori); his grandchildren, Sam (Brittany), Nick (Adrianna), Corey (Shannon) and Maggie; his great grandchild Bronson; his siblings-in-law, George, Donna Brugos, James Brugos and John Yuhasz Albert; and his friend Joyce Kubasak. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, In-laws and friends.
