He is survived by: his wife Helen "Honey" Schramm (Clokey); his children, Thomas Schramm, Jr. (Jane) of Williamsport, Stephen Schramm (Jan) of Williamsport, Michael Schramm of Williamsport, Christine Shatto (Randy) of Nescopeck, Richard Bates (Sheree Speicher) of Muncy and Cynthia Sanders (Nathan) of Harrisburg; his sister Mary of Williamsport; and his former wife Judy (John Kovich).
