He is survived by: his wife Penny Schneider; his close friends, Frank and Denny; his children, Lori L. Patrola of Kingston, Thomas G. Rishel, Jr. of Muncy, Jeffrey V. (Stephanie Rishel) and Jonathan M. (Tara Rishel); his sister Isabel "Billie" (Carlos "Skip" Attinger); his grandchildren, Dalton J. Rishel, Teal P. Rishel, Chase T. Rishel, Brooke T. Rishel and Conner J. Rishel; his great grandchildren, Elias, Ana Isa and Camila; his nieces and nephews, Mike Yost (Chris), James, Jason Mingle, Christy, Dan, David Attinger and Shelly Phirman (Mike); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vicki, Allie, Amber, Mike, Jade, Tiffany and Rishell; his nephew Brady; and also Sofie.
