He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela A. "Pam" Walters; his parents, Chester Walters and Adele Walters (Trimble); and his siblings, Robert Walters and Kathy Kern.
He is survived by: his sons, William T. Walters (Kristie) of Unityville, Steven M. Walters (Michelle) of Muncy and Gregory S. Walters (Crista) of Esland, N. C.; his grandchildren, Wesley, Casandra, Aiden, Eric and Bailey Walters; and his siblings-in-law, Candace Walters of Montgomery and Charles Kerns of Hughesville.
