She is survived by: her husband Woodrow "Woody" Bilby; her children, Karen Bilby of Muncy and Matthew Bibly of Montgomery; her sisters, Louann (Richard King), Fay (Warren Young) and Debbie (Wayne Houseknecht); and her brother-in-law Bruce Sones of Muncy.
