He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Patz and Emma Patz; his siblings, Ben Patz of Montoursville, Egon Patz of Florida, Erika Hort of Northumberland and Agnes Pansegrau of Canada; and his son-in-law Karl Hoffman.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Ravert; and his daughter Angela Hoffman of Muncy.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made to Fairview Church of the Nazarene, 4477 Muncy Exchange Rd., Turbotville, PA 17772.
