He is survived by: his wife Ellen B. Bower (Fox); his children, Judith A. (Jacob Yanosky) of Montgomery, PA, Roger D. Bower of Muncy, PA, Malvern M. (Yvonne Bower) of Watsontown, PA, Yvonne M. (Wayne Koch) of Williamsport, PA and Scott W. (Sue Moon) of Danville, PA; and his sisters, Carol Carussio of Willlamsprt, PA, Elaine Heffner of Williamsport, PA and Janet Yaw of Elimsport, PA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
