She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Fornwalt and Ethel Fornwalt (Shaffer); her husband Clarence L. Black; and her son Dean Black. She is survived by: her sisters, Carrie Lee Fornwalt of Hughesville and Jennie Kurtz of Watsontown; her grandsons, Matthew Black of Picture Rocks and Jacob Black of Oregon; and her great grandchildren, Nora, Dean and Liam Black.
