She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bowman and Grace Bowman (Rodkey); her daughter Peggy Ann Peltier; and her siblings, Joseph Bowman, Dora Caroline Bowman and Dorothy Mae High.
She is survived by: her children, Danforth Messerly of Jackson, MI, Larry Joe Messerly of LaCrosse, WI, Rebecca Messerly Sanguedolce of Montgomery and Wendy Jean Hockman of Auburn Hills, MI; and her sister Rosemary Bowman Austin Dimitt of Banning, CA. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
