Wertman of Muncy, Pennsylvania, born in Montgomery, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Dorn, Sr. and Alberta E. Wertman (Fritz); his brother Van Dorn Jr.; his sister-in-law Audrey Wertman; and his son-in-law Donald L Messner.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Gail Lewis (Edward) of Sarasota, Joy Barto (Dean) of Hughesville, Dr. Gary Wertman (Lynn), Blair Mills and Julie Souter of Muncy.
