She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Mundrick and Martha Mundrick (Tyler); her daughter Tahnya Kay Young; her brother John Mundrick; and her stepbrother Woody Mundrick.
She is survived by: her husband David Alexander; her siblings, David Mundrick of Linden and JoAnn Aloisio of Williamsport; her stepsiblings, Galen "Skip" Davenport (Pam) of Cogan Station and Shirley Wesley of Cogan Station; her grandsons, Michael and Jonathan Fornwalt; her son-in-law Scott Young of Sunbury; and her sister-in-law Tessa Mundrick of Williamsport.
The family suggest contributions in Kay's memory be made to Heritage Springs Memory Care, 878 Old Cement Road, Muncy, PA 17756.
