She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira E. Cullen and Florence May Cullen (Kanter); her husband David R. Werner; and her sister Rella Nase. She is survived by: her son David Todd; her daughter-in-law Cathleen Werner of Marengo, Ill.; her daughter Kitty; and her great grandchildren, Ryker and Greyson Rupp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
