He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Allar and Elvira Allar (Florio); his son Michael A.; his brothers, Thomas A. Allar (Millie) of Islandia, NY and Mark Allar (Sandra Folk) of Huntersville, PA; his brothers-in-law, Gregory Tyson (Geraldine) of Bethlehem, PA and Kevin Tyson of Oswego, NY; and his grandsons, Zachary and Nathaniel. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
