She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Wayne Breauchy; her parents, Raymond Brewer and Pauline Brewer (Spencer); her siblings, Mary Tyler and James Brewer; and her grandchildren, Timothy Breauchy, Rachel Keene and Lynzey Morehart.
She is survived by: her children, David W. Breauchy (Nancy) of Williamsport, Timothy James, Robin Keene (John) of Muncy, Robertina Breauchy of Hughesville, Elizabeth Wilson (Chadd) of Unityville and Crystal Seaman of Williamsport; and her siblings, Duane Brewer of Las Vegas, NV, Elsie Koch of Montoursville and Carol Shaffer of York, PA.. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Janet's name to Church of God at 8007 State Route 405, Montgomery, PA 17752.
