He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Allen and Gertrude Allen (Boatman); his daughters, Stephanie and Shawn Allen; and his siblings, Arthur, William, Raymond, Warren, Lynnwood Allen, Edith Hess, Marion Lee, Jean Boatman, Shirley Nuss and Doris Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Allen (Jill) of Lavelle, Stacie Beaver (Brian) of Muncy and Jennifer Allen (Alicia Differ) of Muncy; and his grandchildren, Brandon Neilson, Jarrid Todd, Braden Beaver, Caleb Beaver, Cameron Beaver, Lindsey Allen and Gage Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In keeping with his wishes, contributions in Gary's memory can be made to the Muncy Athletic Hall of Fame, 206 Sherman St. Muncy, PA 17756.
