He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Reed and Donald Neuer Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna Neuer; his daughters, Andrea McGrath, Kimberly Yoder and Stephanie Gray; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Noah Wade, Molly, Delaney, Keira, Conor, Liam, Megan McGrath and Olivia Gray; and his great grandchildren, Elliot and Hazel Metzger.
