He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Sr. Fullmer and Barbara E. Fullmer (Straub); his wife Betty J. Hunter; and his siblings, Walter Fullmer II, John Fullmer, Eleanor Pfaff and Thelma Fullmer.
He is survived by: his children, Susan M. Hunter (Stephen) of Montoursville, Linda D. Murray (Will) of Turbotville and Timothy M. Fullmer of Muncy; his grandchildren, Crystal Millard (Tim), Stephen Hunter Jr. (Alison), Adam Murray (Margaux) and Aaron Murray (Miranda); and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Abbey Millard, Seth, Logan Hunter, Cali, Rigby, Indigo, Pierce and Griffin Murray.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at 91 Cemetery Rd, Williamsport, PA 17701.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests contributions in Donald's name be made to a charity of one's choice.
