He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce E. Tanner and Jean M. Tanner (Milheim). He is survived by: his sons, Barry L. Tanner (Pamela S.) of Muncy and Brandon P. Tanner of Turbotville; his grandchildren, Courtney McCoy (Justin), Ashlynne Tanner and Spencer Tanner (Samantha); and his brother Ronald L. Tanner (Ruth) of Turbotville. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
