He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Booth, Jr.; and his brothers, Dale Booth and Barry Booth. He is survived by: his sisters, Cheryl Booth of Muncy and Tina Moyer (Brent) of New Albany; and his aunt Helen Booth of Muncy Valley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
