He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hartman and Mildred "Pauline" Hartman (Whitmoyer); and his brother Harold Whitmoyer. He is survived by: his wife Doris Hartman (Rooker) of Muncy Valley; his children, Kelly Rooker of Mount Joy, LeeAnn Lenker (Matt) of Mount Joy, Roger D. Hartman Jr. (Tracie) of Danville Pa, Stephanie A. Hartman-Vandine (Tom), Lorie Balint, Joe Rooker and Jason Hartman; his siblings, Ellen Sloss of Turbotville, Gale Hartman of Hughesville Pa, Wayne Hartman of Danville Pa and Robert Hartman of New Oxford Pa; and his grandchildren, Cody Rooker, Nicholas Harsh, Travis Hartman, Tiffany Hartman, Terrian Hartman, Desiree Davis, Cassidy Vandine, Charlie Vandine, Kyleigh Balint, Emery Balint, Morgan Hartman, Haiden Hartman and Cooper Lenker. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
