He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hewitt and Nellie Hewitt (Ackers); and his brother Bob Hewitt. He is survived by: his wife Diane Hewitt (Rafalko) of Muncy Valley; his sons, Daniel Unangst (Liz) of Easton, Michael Unangst (Helen) of Easton, David Hewitt of Perdido Key, Fla. and Mark Hewitt (Amber) of Bedford; his sisters, Penelope Ward of Montague, N. J. and Candice Alberi (Dave) of Red Lodge, Mont.; his sister-in-law Rhonda Hewitt of Dillon, Mont.; and his pet Lucy.
