He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carl and Katie Kehler Carl; and his siblings, William, John, Allen, June Klinger, Rachel Rissinger and Ruth Oxenrider.
He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Kline Carl; his children, Roger N. Carl (Stephanie) of Muir, Melissa G. Ulsh of Muir and Ken A. Carl (Kim) of Muir; his grandchildren, Jonathan Carl (Tomoko), Victoria Miller (Justin), Katherine Brosius (Pierce), Jessica Moyer (Michael), Shawn Underkoffler and Mitchel Carl (Amanda); and his sister Merle Lebo. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
