He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Ney and Helen Hoover Ney; his grandsons, Kadian Tige Mann and Talen Luth Ney; and his siblings, Robert Ney, Edward Ney, James Nye, Jean McCready and Barb Felton.
He is survived by: his wife Jody A. Strohecker Ney; his sons, Jason Ney (Lovely), Glenn Ney and Andy Ney (Sue); his grandchildren, Areiya, Zinnia, Halo, Cheyenne and Joel Ney; and his brothers, Richard Nye, Gary Ney (Connie) and Scott Ney (Patty). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
