She is survived by: her children, Dr. Philip Wertz (Nancy), Debbie Westle (Rob) and Dr. James Wertz (DO); her grandchildren, Henry, Jocelyn Wertz, Jessica, Lydia Westle, Andrew, Kathryn and Nicholas Wertz; and her great grandchildren, Indigo, Calla and Milo.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dora's name should be made to St. Peter's UCC, 427 Dietrich Avenue, Orwin, PA 17980.
