He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Hoak and Gladys Frey Hoak; and his brother Frederick Hoak. He is survived by: his children, Shannon Hoak and Sheri (Bill Lamparter); his grandchildren, Erika and Ian; his great grandchild Destiny; and his siblings, Flo (late Don Bartch), Benjamin (Ann Hoak) and Milton Hoak, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc. (519 Walnut St, Columbia, PA 17512).
