It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Seda of Mountville, Pennsylvania, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on March 10, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Israel Seda and Adelaide Seda (Cortez); and her sister Igna Valentin. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Alicea (Tomoko) of Japan and Michael Alicea (Nichole) of Manchester, PA.; her grandchildren, Mia, Michael, Aiden and Justin; and her siblings, Yvonne Valentin, Wilfredo Seda and John Valentin.
