He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence P. Shank and Blanche Shank (Beyer); and his brother Ronald Shank. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Wells (Robert) of Columbia, PA; his grandchildren, Aaron, Alyssa, Kiera and Jonathan; and his brothers, Rodney and Randy Shank.
