Cousar Woodward; his stepsons, Ryan McGovern (Sarah) of Oklahoma City, OK and Dr. Jonathan McGovern (Hannah); his stepgrandchildren, Cassidy, Elle, Fin and Fiona McGovern; his siblings, Doreen Prosser, London, England, Elizabeth (David) of Canada and Harry Woodward (Celia); his son Phillip Mark Woodward; and his brothers, William and Leslie Woodward.
